Today we have been revising for our SATs which are next week! It was a lot of fun!

We had toast with jam and butter when we came in with some juice!

We played a SATs Quiz and a maths game made by Mr. Richardson.

We have been revising subjects for  SATS such as: GPS, reading and maths. Level 6 students are working on a piece of writing with Mrs.Pringle.  Also a group of boys have been writing with Mrs. Pringle. We are working really hard and feeling confident coming up to the tests!!

Lately, we've been practising SATS. Some of the Year 6's have been doing Level 6 SATS Tests. Miss Pringle has helped me, Jen, Isabel and Joel with our Level 6 Maths. We all agree it was slightly tricky but it will help us out with our real SATS.

Yesterday evening, Abi, Ethan and I took part in the Cross Country Championship and we were AMAZING! All our hard training worked. Abi came 3rd out of the girls race, Ethan came 13th out of the boys and I came 25th out of the girls too. We did really well and represented our school…

Today some of the pupils in Year 6 are having a SATS club to revise for the upcoming tests. We have been working very hard today on past papers. Wish us luck!

We've been thinking about healthy snacks and made our own awesome designs for snack boxes!  We had so much fun making them and hopefully the rest of the school can think of some cool ideas for healthy snacks!

We have just finished reading a book called Buster's Blitz.It was about life during the Blitz in 1940 and the amazing relationship between a boy and his dog. We all really enjoyed it.

Yesterday we had Gillian come in to teach us how to relax and be more mindful. It was a great session, we had fun and listened to some very relaxing music... Mr Richardson nearly fell asleep!

We have been discussing the effects of smoking and drinking alcohol on our bodies. Year 6 wants everybody to stay healthy by exercising, eating healthily and avoiding the BODY VILLAINS such as alcohol, smoking and drugs.
