The North West Primary and Early Years SCITT programme is an innovative school-led Initial Teacher Training model for trainees in the North West.

North West SHARES Primary and Early Years SCITT programme offers you a real balance between practical classroom experience and the knowledge, understanding and skills underpinning educational practice.

Our vision is to provide 'An inspirational Initial Teacher Training programme, for inspirational trainees who will become the inspirational teachers of the future'.

Over the course of an intense year, we support trainees to develop the skills and offer the experience needed to become highly effective, fully qualified teachers able to take up post in Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2.
