We've been thinking about healthy snacks and made our own awesome designs for snack boxes! We had so much fun making them and hopefully the rest of the school can think of some cool ideas for healthy snacks!

Buster's Blitz
We have just finished reading a book called Buster's Blitz.It was about life during the Blitz in 1940 and the amazing relationship between a boy and his dog. We all really enjoyed it.

Mindfulness
Yesterday we had Gillian come in to teach us how to relax and be more mindful. It was a great session, we had fun and listened to some very relaxing music... Mr Richardson nearly fell asleep!

We have been discussing the effects of smoking and drinking alcohol on our bodies. Year 6 wants everybody to stay healthy by exercising, eating healthily and avoiding the BODY VILLAINS such as alcohol, smoking and drugs.
