On Tuesday 22nd March 2016, St Edmund's school joined with about 40 other schools in West Lancs to try to get into the Guinness Book of Records.

We were trying to hold the biggest game of heads, shoulders, knees and toes in the world.  The current multi-site record stands at 4,727 participants and we wanted to raise that number to about 5000.

Everyone in school took part and we welcomed many of our parents and friends to join with us.  We were particularly pleased to welcome Mr Mark Forster, head of West Lancs School Sports Partnership, and West Lancs Councillor Mrs Yvonne Gagen.

Even if we don't manage to break the record, we all had a great time!
